ask Cindy Lee

TEAM - as each of us know there is no I in team. Team means "everyone" works "together" to help "everyone" get ahead and to better themselves as a "team". The New York Yankees is a good example of "team"effort working well - no other baseball "team" has more World Series wins. Just like MYVMTeam is an up and coming "team" look out Yankees we are on our way up.

Teamwork is the best most efficient work

Spot on, Cindy! Well-functioning teams are a textbook example of the word "synergy," which is used to define a mutually-beneficial relationship in which the whole actually exceeds the sum of its parts. While each member of a team may have a particular weakness, that weakness os often offset by a comparable strength in another team member, and the sum of individual strengths almost always exceeds the sum of the individual weaknesses. Two or more minds working on the same problem produce more than twice the positive results, because of the inclusion of the Universal Mind in the process, by induction. History is replete with stories of small organized "teams" overcoming massive (but disorganized) armies. Our team has a unity of purpose, and synergy, and I'm glad you're a part of it!

I was wondering when we were going to see a new post from you. Looks like your favorite sports team is the Yankees, mine happens to be the Vikings, but when it comes to business and networking - MYVMTeam rocks!
